Inactive to Full Practicing

Change of Status - Application Process

1. **Login to your profile first
2. Complete the online Application for a Full Practicing License
3. Proof of $5,000,000 Professional Liability Insurance
4. Letter of Good Standing from their current or most recent licensing body
5. Provide a completed current Criminal Record Check, including a Vulnerable Sector check
6. The required fees (subject to change without notice):
   $500.00 Initial registration and Membership fees (after October 1: $250.00)
   $75.00 non-refundable initial registration fee
7. Total = $575.00 CD ($325.00 after October 1)

Once your online application has been submitted and upon SCPT's approval, a license will be issued.
